We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders of $75 or more within the United States. Simply add $75 worth of products to your cart and shipping is on us!
Standard Shipping
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99 anywhere in the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to your door.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Supplements & Consumables: Must be unopened and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons
- Equipment & Tech Products: Must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number with your return
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
